The Sanctuary consists of six studio rentals at the end of Simonton Street, directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and one block off Duval Street, in the heart of Old Town.

Key West is a partying town with no shortage of bars along the 13 block stretch of Duval Street. It's literally lined with bars from one end to the other. So when you're ready to party, and to do your own "Duval Crawl," head one block over to Duval Street and get started.

The floors of the Ibis Studio Suite are covered in Mexican tile throughout, with two queen beds - which is perfect for friends or family members traveling together. Want or need your own private space? No problem... just ask about our streetside units or units with one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa - this gives you a seating area to watch your favorites shows on the flat screen tv, and a feeling of having your own livingroom within the studio.

Out in the garden, there's a larger and smaller hot tub shared by the six units. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and provide a peaceful and quiet environment to chill-out in. When you're ready for dinner... no problem... just toss together your favorite side dishes in the fully equipped kitchenette while brother Bill throws a couple of steaks on the gas BBQ grill, just outside the door.

Each unit is slightly different but all have the same affordable easy going rates attached. Give us a call when you're ready to escape the hectic life outside Key West, and we can get you a space at The Sanctuary, where you can throw on the flip-flops and hunker down with a fresh made margarita that you just whipped up in the blender that stands ready at the Ibis.
